The distillery and estate are in the village of Zabrdica near Valjevo. The retail space in Belgrade is at Majke Jevrosime 2.

You choose the rakijas on the site and add them to the cart. On the Checkout page you enter delivery details and confirm that you have read these terms. Before paying you see the full specification: the name of each rakija, its size, quantity, unit price and the total charged to your card. Delivery is not part of that amount — it is charged by the courier, as described under Delivery.

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by e-mail. Every order gets its own number; please quote it in any correspondence with us.

We sell rakija only to adults. The courier may ask for identification on handover.

All prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include all taxes and duties. The price that applies is the one shown when you send the order. The amount charged to your card covers the rakijas only; delivery is charged by the courier service, at their own tariff.

Orders placed through the site are paid by payment card only.

When paying by card you are taken from our site to the secure page of Banka Poštanska štedionica a.d. Beograd. Card details are entered there. The account is charged as soon as the authorisation succeeds. We accept DinaCard, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and UnionPay.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your payment card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your payment card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of payment card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

We prepare each shipment by hand and send it with the D Express courier service. Delivery takes 2–4 working days from the recorded payment.

We do not charge for delivery and it is not included in the amount charged to your card. D Express charges it on handover, at their current tariff, which you can check at www.dexpress.rs/rs/cenovnik.

We deliver within the Republic of Serbia. The parcel is handed over to an adult at the given address.

The delivery address cannot be changed once a card payment has gone through. If a change is needed, contact us: the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.

We do not export and do not deliver outside the Republic of Serbia. Rakija is an excise product and taking it across a state border is subject to the customs and excise rules of the destination country. A buyer who carries the goods out of the country is responsible for complying with those rules.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. It is enough to tell us within that period at vladimir@jezdicrakija.com or by phone, quoting the order number.

The goods must be returned unopened and undamaged, in their original packaging. Return postage is borne by the buyer, except where the goods were faulty or wrongly delivered — in that case we bear it.

Once the returned goods reach us, we refund within 15 days at the latest.

We reply with a decision within 8 days of receiving the complaint. If it is upheld, you choose between replacement, repair, a price reduction, or cancelling the contract with a refund.

Damage in transit should be reported immediately on receipt, if possible while the courier is still there.

Where a buyer returns goods that were paid for with a payment card, regardless of the reason for the return, RADNA ŽENA OSNOVANA 1965 DOO BEOGRAD-STARI GRAD is obliged to make the refund, in part or in full, exclusively to the account of the cardholder used to pay for the goods or service.

When you enter payment card details, the confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, so that at no point are the card details available to our system.

Card details are entered on the page of Banka Poštanska štedionica a.d. Beograd. We never see, transmit or store your card number.
