Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026.
On behalf of RADNA ŽENA OSNOVANA 1965 DOO BEOGRAD-STARI GRAD we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers and cardholders, and the data required to operate and to inform users, in line with good business practice and in order to provide a quality service. We give customers a choice, including the choice of whether or not to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly protected and available only to employees for whom it is necessary to do their work. All employees and business partners are responsible for observing the principles of privacy protection.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone and the content of your message.
When you order: full name, e-mail, phone, delivery address with city and postal code, and any note you add. Alongside that we keep the contents of the order, the amount, the payment method and the payment outcome. We have to keep this — without it we cannot deliver, issue a payment confirmation, or handle a complaint.
When you subscribe to the letter from the estate: your e-mail address only, and only if you asked for it.
We do not collect payment card data. The card number is entered on the bank's page and never reaches us.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with those without whom an order cannot be fulfilled:
- Banka Poštanska štedionica a.d. Beograd — card payment processing.
- The D Express courier service — name, address and phone, in order to deliver the parcel and collect the delivery fee.
- Our database provider and e-mail delivery service, where orders are stored and through which confirmations are sent.
How long we keep it
Correspondence from the contact form is deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Order data and proof of delivery are kept for at least 13 months from the transaction, because the bank requires it for possible disputes, and longer where tax rules demand.
Your choice
Subscribing to the letter from the estate is voluntary and off by default. You can unsubscribe at any time, from the message itself or by writing to vladimir@jezdicrakija.com. Unsubscribing does not affect the handling of your orders.
You can request access, amendment or deletion at any time by writing to vladimir@jezdicrakija.com.
